WeRevive SMS Marketing Program

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

By opting into WeRevive's SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from WeRevive, including:

• Off-market and exclusive property announcements
• House Party event invitations and updates
• Real estate investment opportunities in San Diego
• Agent partnership program information and offers
• General marketing communications about WeRevive services

These messages are promotional in nature. Message frequency varies based on activity and campaigns. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

HOW TO OPT IN

You may opt into WeRevive's SMS program by:

• Entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on a WeRevive website form at werevive.com
• Texting START to our designated SMS number
• Replying to an email from WeRevive confirming your consent to receive SMS communications

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4-8 messages per month depending on active campaigns and your relationship with WeRevive.

MESSAGE & DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan.

CANCELLATION / HOW TO OPT OUT

You may cancel SMS communications at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any message you receive from us.

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages from WeRevive. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

To re-subscribe, text START to our SMS number or opt in again via werevive.com.

CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

TRANSFER OF NUMBER

If you change or deactivate your mobile phone number, you agree to notify WeRevive or reply STOP prior to the change to avoid messages being sent to the new owner of your number.

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PROGRAM

WeRevive reserves the right to modify or discontinue its SMS messaging program or these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

PRIVACY POLICY
